Seed of Aadhaar was planted way back in early 2000s at a well known Paediatric Nursing Home run by Dr Jagmeet Chawla and Dr Amarjeet Chawla. While saving the severely ill and newborn children, Dr Jagmeet always thought there was a lot behind the physical manifestation of diseases. She wanted to explore the psyche behind the illness. And hence felt the need of Psychological Counselling. In order to strengthen her innovative approach towards the treatment, she pursued a formal course on Guidance and Counselling from Barkatullah University, Bhopal. Here she met Dr Preeti Mathur and Dr. Anupma Maheshwari. Their friendship bloomed and the genesis of Aadhaar was laid. Aadhaar came into existence with just these three passionate professionals with a strong motive to develop contact with the confused Youth and Special need Children. It necessitated to communicate and counsel the vulnerable Youth and penetrate the emotional barriers of parents with Special needs children. The Inherent Talent Mentoring( Career Counselling Section of Aadhaar helping the Adolescents and the Youth from Stream selection to selection of best Career Options as well grooming their personalities accordingly, giving the best productive citizens to the nation. Aadhaar's journey so far in the areas of Special Education & Therapy and Adolescent Psychometry is a testament to that. Participation of Parents and the community acknowledgement of their offsprings with a little extra effort to join the mainstream society".
