Sonali Karkun

Sonali Karkun is a member of Aadhaar Gyan Dhatri Samiti Executive Body. She was secretary of the Executive Body during 2020 - 2023. She is the driving force behind the School Plus programme which focuses on those students who do not perform at the same level as their peers in schools and the school drop-outs, to bring them at par. The programme also helps them to face the challenges which they often are subjected to in the classrooms. She helps them to identify their cognitive skills guide them to move forward in order to make a meaningful future.

She had been earlier associated with Times of India's 'Teach India ' programme in Mumbai and Delhi, imparting training for employability to employable adults. She was also 'Instructor for Employability' for the pilot project of Times of India, training Army Jawan's wives in Delhi. Prior to that she was a full time teacher for Applied Economics at Senior Secondary level for 15 years at various schools in Gujarat and Mumbai. She was also an Academic Coordinator for a Senior Secondary School in Bhopal.

She has a Graduation in Management and Masters degree in Applied Economics.
