Mr. Sachdev is a Governance and Public Health Nutrition expert specializing in formulating policy, strategy and programme management. During his notable stint over more than a decade of Technical Assistance in Madhya Pradesh Health Sector Reforms, he has been the State Facilitator under European Commission-assisted Sector Investment Programme and Deputy Team Leader and Sr. Governance Advisor under UKAid. He has been the member of technical groups in developing a host of policy, vision and strategy documents for Madhya Pradesh and has devoted more than 4 decades in his profession of consulting and capacity building in organization development across public, private and civil society sectors. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering with Post-Graduation Diploma in Industrial Engineering and Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health Nutrition, he has completed a vast number of professional development courses by the UN Public Administration Network, World Bank and UNFPA.
